Terms for cancelling an APMF 2027 Bangkok registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable
Once a registration fee has been paid it is not refundable under any circumstances, whether or not the delegate attends. This applies to every category of registration and to every reason for not attending — including illness, a refused or delayed visa, travel disruption, a clash of duties, or a change of mind.

1. Cancelling a registration
You may tell us at any time that you will not be attending, by writing to info@apmf2027bangkok.org with your registration number. We will mark the registration as cancelled so the catering and the delegate list are right. No part of the fee is returned, and cancelling does not reduce a balance still owing.
2. Sending someone in your place
Because the fee cannot be refunded, a place may be transferred to a colleague at no charge. Write to info@apmf2027bangkok.org with the registration number and the replacement delegate's name, institution and email address, at least 7 days before the meeting so the badge and the certificate can be prepared. One transfer per place.
3. Registering more than once, or paying twice
A duplicate registration or a payment taken twice for the same delegate is a mistake, not a cancellation. Tell us as soon as you notice, with both references, and the amount taken in error is returned in full. This is a correction of a payment, not a refund of a fee.
4. If the meeting cannot go ahead
This policy covers a delegate who does not attend. If the organizing committee has to postpone or cancel the meeting itself, the arrangements for registered delegates will be announced directly to them and on this website.
5. Fees, charges and currency
Bank charges, intermediary bank fees and any currency difference are paid by the sender and are not part of the registration fee, so they are never returned. Where a transfer arrives short of the amount due, the difference remains payable.
